I'm one sassy southern Mama who loves Jesus and isn't afraid to shout it. My passions are Jesus, my husband, my kids, and chocolate. I'm a teacher turned Christian writer. Ask me why I love Jesus and be prepared to sit a spell. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul, but don't forget to love your neighbor as yourself. I am a firm believer that we can change the world one person at a time - by being Christ with the skin on to those who are in need. Are you a sheep or a goat?
Love it!

That has happened to me as well. God used it to remind me that sometimes it’s really easy to just enjoy the meat of someone else’s feast instead of digging into the feast He has prepared for me. Does that make sense? Not that the other person’s meat isn’t good, but I’ve got to take the time to dig into my own meal!
I hope that makes sense, I’m a basket of nervous energy right now, and I know my thoughts are probably as clear as mud! 🙂
love you!

It really is easy to get caught up in the doing and sometimes forget to include the One we are doing it for, isn’t it. I have been guilty as charged on this one at times. And, as you said, Jesus ever so gently tugs at you and says, “Uh, excuse me, but may I come, too?” Thanks for reminding me again.
