Hack! Hack! Cough! Wheeze! I cannot stand the smell of smoke. In my state, smoking is banned in public restaurants. Whether you are a smoker or not, you must admit smoking is bad for you…

Hey, Carol! Another great post! It’s so true about what we put in our bodies, our minds and our hearts. Thank you for the wonderful scripture. Have a great day!

Thanks for a great post Carol. As parents we diligently check all that our children see and hear but sometimes get complacent about ourselves. Soaps, the news, gossip, you got it all in one! Thanks again Carol, I’ll certainly be keeping an ever watchful eye and ear out today at what I am seeing and hearing! In Him, Paula 🙂

    AMEN SISTER!
IF someone out there is still smoking PLEASE throw out your smokes and just QUIT.
My angel Mother got lung cancer from smoking for 48 years. Lung cancer is am UGLY disease. Emphysema is an ugly disease. You don’t want that!
My Momma would tell people to not smoke before she died. She said she would see that surgeon general warning and think, “Ohhh that could never happen to me.”
When she told me that, I QUIT my session at the tanning salon. How many times did I crawl into that bed with the warning written on the side of the bed and I’d think, “Ahhh skin cancer will never happen to me.” ~So when my Mom told me that about the surgeon general warning, I canceled my tanning sessions FOR GOOD. It can happen to you. Happens to people all the time.
Please don’t smoke. Cancer is something you don’t want.
    Lea
