Are you going through some hard times? With today’s economy, a lot of us are. I just wanted to take a moment to share with you a line from Sunday’s sermon. This one has really stuck with me, and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. (Thanks, Pastor Larry.)
Take some time and reflect on this:
Never doubt in the darkness what God has shown you in the light.
Chew on that for a while. Can I get an amen?
I'm one sassy southern Mama who loves Jesus and isn't afraid to shout it. My passions are Jesus, my husband, my kids, and chocolate. I'm a teacher turned Christian writer. Ask me why I love Jesus and be prepared to sit a spell.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul, but don't forget to love your neighbor as yourself. I am a firm believer that we can change the world one person at a time - by being Christ with the skin on to those who are in need.
Are you a sheep or a goat?
Amen, sister! Such simple advice, but it really hits me where I live.

It is so easy to let circumstances cloud the truth, but the truth is that He will never change. He is forever faithful, forever true, forever mighty.
Thanks for this reminder today, Carol. Praying His truths shine a BRIGHT light in the midst of whatever you are facing today.
