GLORIETA!!

Finally – a post about Glorieta! Most of you know God called me out of my comfort zone, otherwise known as the South, and took me across the world (okay, so it was just across the U.S.) to New Mexico. I survived the plane ride and was completely blessed. Amy and I had a fabulous time shopping in downtown Sante Fe. The writer’s conference was incredible. We were constantly lifted up by other writers and professionals in the business. God was everywhere we looked.

I really enjoyed meeting all of the editors and publishers. They were all so genuinely helpful and encouraging. My favorite part of the trip was meeting the other attendees. Each one of them had been brought there by God. Each had a story, each story was as different as the person. They all had one common theme – God. I can’t tell you how incredible and AWE-some it was to hear about how God was moving in each person’s life. It really made me realize how BIG our God is. Believe it or not, most of these people were not from the south; therefore, disproving the theory that God only lives here! Ha Ha! I’m just kidding. All kidding aside, God is BIG and God is AWESOME! And that’s all I’ve got to say about that! Can I get an amen?
