I'm one sassy southern Mama who loves Jesus and isn't afraid to shout it. My passions are Jesus, my husband, my kids, and chocolate. I'm a teacher turned Christian writer. Ask me why I love Jesus and be prepared to sit a spell.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul, but don't forget to love your neighbor as yourself. I am a firm believer that we can change the world one person at a time - by being Christ with the skin on to those who are in need.

This might be my favorite post ever! You really struck a chord with this. I know God is real because He works everthing out for good, even those things we don’t think are very much fun.
Great post, awesome reminder. This reminded me of Larry’s comment yesterday that God is working, even when we can’t see the results–I’m clinging to that promise!
Blessings,
Amanda
correction–that wasn’t Larry’s comment, it was Billy Britt’s. Anyhow, it was good to hear!
Great post! Andrea was faced with this question at school a couple of years ago. A girl, who at the time would hiss at Andrea every time they passed in the hall ended up in the same class. She made the statement to Andrea that her God was not real. Andrea asked her to breathe in and out several times. The girl did. Andrea said
“the God I serve allows you to do that” the girl stomped her feet and hissed at her and walked off. I was sooo proud of Andrea for standing up for what she believes in. Sorry, long ..just wanted to share!
Carol this is awesome! I am going to spend some time with my journal answering that very question! And then I think I will pose the question to my family over dinner. I will be anxious to hear what they all have to say…
